Pets like dogs smells, cat or whateve is that, make sure to be in the safe place and if possible no turn off smells from your pets. And one thing, dogs that meet you at the doorway, it is really irritating to the buyers. Get rid of smoke odors or anything like. Clean up gutters if you have one.
