Renting is a quite hard thing for renters. Every month you are oblige to pay for the property you're dwelling with, and didn't even have the chance to renovate it or own it. Basically, few things we can consider when we use renting scheme is that you can't escape harrassment from landowners. Most of them are thinking of earning an amount from you, or making money from you. They don't mind your business or your desires, thoughts and visions. Some are only up to your money. So much more with the renting scheme, we come to the point of thinking that; what if the payment you are investing for something for over years, would go to the investment of something which is really clear that you can have and you can call your own. Well not bad idea, at that point, that is where we get the idea of rent to buy or rent to own programs. Rent to buy is pretty much like renting, the secret lies in your monthly payments which goes to you future deposits towards owning the property in a set period of time. Besides, you don't have to worry about home equity or throwing your  hard-earned money for someting that can never be yours. Besides, you don't have to worry about landowners because you have given the chance and the title to own the property. It is considered as yours already and hassle free. 

So why rent, if there is almost the same process as renting and the good thing is, you will own the propety in a set period of time.  Investing is good. But you need to make sure that you can earn something from your investments, that you will have something to enjoy out of it in the future. Don't spend money on something not worthed.
