The buyer will keep the original payment and the rent credit too and there would be nothing in the hand of tenant. In the same way, not everything goes right for the seller too. Everything has pros and cons and so is the case with this business.  Buyer also needs to be very careful while moving into the rent to own agreement. Once you get the things going in your way, life seems meaningful and worth living. So, the foremost important thing is to have a good consultant and then the probability of the things going wrong would be nil.
