Well, this is very clear that the buyer has more risks than the seller. He should have the complete knowledge of rent-to-own before entering into this thing or he ultimately will have to suffer a lot. No matter it is a buyer or seller, the risks are there for both of them so in order to e on the safe side, it is better to clarify everything before entering in an agreement. It saves time, lessens the rik of insecurity for both the buyer and seller.
